I updated the page to point to a personal Wiki page I put up that describes How to setup a chroot on 12.3, including using the new systemd-nspawn, and steps to install OpenStack Folsom into the chroot. I can't vouch yet for how well it works, but the Guide does get Folsom installed cleanly into a chroot. Although I believe this should be the recommended way to install and experiment with OpenStack, if someone wanted to install directly into their OS I think they could extract that info from my Guide. There is also a link to a Machine Translated version which uses Google Translate so practically all of the world's major languages (over 60) get a rough translated and hopefully understandable version.
