[opensuse-cloud] bumping python-boto
Hi, I am working on packaging gsutil (command line interface for Google Cloud Storage) and the setup.py file lists boto 2.9.7 as a requirement. I know things around boto are a bit sensitive. According to the release notes for 2.9.7 it is primarily a bug fix release, 2 features were added: * Added support for selecting specific attributes in DynamoDB v2. (:issue:`1567`, :sha:`d9e5c2`) * Added support for variable bit rate, max frame rate & watermark features in Elastic Transcoder. (:sha:`3791c9`) Does anyone have any issues if I bump boto to 2.9.7? The latest release is 2.9.9, but I have bot investigated the changes between the version we currently build (2.9.6) and the latest release, I am interested in getting 2.9.7 ;) Thoughts/Comments/Flames? I think you can simply go ahead. We don't really use boto ATM. -- Sascha Peilicke SUSE Linux GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5, D-90409 Nuernberg, Germany GF: Jeff Hawn, Jennifer Guild, Felix Imendörffer HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg)
