[opensuse-cloud] quantum-server not startable because of wrong pyparsing version

      pkg_resources.VersionConflict: (pyparsing 1.5.6 
(/usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages), Requirement.parse('pyparsing==1.5.7'))

There are some other version conflicts with quantum-server, I'll write a 
separate mail and will update the pyparsing package in d:l:p to version 
1.5.7 now.
