[opensuse-cloud] Removing Factory repo for Cloud:OpenStack:{Essex,Folsom}

Hi all, I'll change the config of the Cloud:OpenStack:{Essex,Folsom} projects to stop building against Factory. In Factory, we'll be shipping either Grizzly or Havana soon, so it's not worth wasting build time for Essex/Folsom...
