[opensuse-cloud] Grizzly now removed from trackupstream

Hi, as Grizzly has been stopped from maintenance upstream, I've removed the trackupstream configuration for Grizzly (there won't be any change anymore anyway, so this saves resources). The actual cleanvm/unit test jobs are still around (as we still maintain Grizzly for a while).
