Can you share the relevant parts of your glance and nova.conf? more explicitely did you enable the show_image_direct_url = True in glance and dis you set an rbd based ephemeral backend in nova? see http://docs.ceph.com/docs/master/rbd/rbd-openstack/#configure-openstack-to-u...
