[opensuse-cloud] PSA: Essex and Folsom EOL

Hi guys, since Havana was released just yesterday, we decided to not spend that much effort on Essex and Folsom anymore. So as of now, both Cloud:OpenStack:Essex and Cloud:OpenStack:Folsom are build disabled. That means RPMs are still there and can be used but nobody will gonna fix them. We'll also remove the ci.opensuse.org parts pretty soon so that we can concentrate on Grizzly, Havana and Master.
