[opensuse-cloud] [ml-admin] Merge opensuse-cloud and opensuse-virtual

Hey Peepz, we are currently trying to reduce the amount of communication channels we provide. Because of this I would like to merge the opensuse-virtual an opensuse-cloud list. I'm just not sure how. Judging from the amount of traffic we should fold opensuse-cloud into opensuse-virtual and change the description of -virtual to refer to cloud activities. What do you think? Let me know.
