That error appeared already yesterday.

Thanks for reporting. The webclient tried to insert the url element at the wrong place. It should work now. In the future please use bugzilla.novell.com for reporting bugs, it makes it easier to track them. Use openSUSE (Classification) -> openSUSE.org (Product) -> BuildService (Component).
