How this could be controlled? I believe there is missed libqt4-devel-32bit package with /usr/lib/libQt*.so symlinks. Due to it, gcc cannot find proper libraries when makefile generated by `qmake -spec linux-g++-32` is used.

At the same time, there are libqt4-*32bit* packages in the repository:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Qt/openSUSE_Factory/x8 6_64/
They are built / created during the 'i586' build and 'wrapped' up for you IFF there is a baselibs.conf file in the package, that gives instructions which packages must be provided as -32bit as well.
