The openSUSE:Factory project builds for both architectures, but only i586 uses the built binaries for building further packages. x86_64 still uses the "injected" packages from autobuild: $ osc meta prj openSUSE:Factory ... <useforbuild> <disable arch='x86_64'/> </useforbuild> ... For some reason libpfm-devel.rpm wasn't yet synced out.
