Yes, there should be a 'wipepublished' command or something like that.
See Application:Geo package fdupes.
wipebinaries or rebuild did not work as well. Seems you only cut the
connection, but forget the cleanup.
No, it's done on purpuse. This way the outside work can use the
old packages while you prepare some next release. That's what
the KDE guys do.
