Please do you happen to have any architectural diagram to depict how OBS could be hosted on EC2(with all my questions pictured in the diagram)

1st question: Does OBS have an authentication mechanism?

yes

2nd question: Does OBS use TLS/SSL encryption?

yes

3rd Question: Can we run OBS behind CloudFront or AWS ALB?

OBS does not know or care (like any sufficiently good system should)

4th Question: Does OBS support ssl directly?
