We see a few of these every week or so on the average against the Education project. Reported one [1] to admin[AT]o.o as previously directed on this ML, but no action as yet has been taken against the spammer's account; as a project maintainer, I can delete the comment itself but that does not help much as long as the account stays around. I would thus like to know what, if any, is the correct way of reporting such comments and accounts to admin or someone else entitled to act against them?
