[opensuse-buildservice] "release management chapter in the OBS book"
Good morning. Quote: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ seife@vbox-seife:~> osc help release release: Release sources and binaries This command is used to transfer sources and binaries without rebuilding them. It requires defined release targets set to trigger="manual". Please refer the release management chapter in the OBS book for details. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I'm desperately seeking for the "OBS book" which contains a "release management chapter". Can anyone help me find it? I think seems it is not available anymore at the site, but it was available at the Git repository for the doc (I was looking for it some weeks ago). Maybe Adrian has the link to the Gir repo. But in case it can help you, see: https://build.opensuse.org/project/meta/systemsmanagement:Uyuni:Master Basically the project defines the target project and repository for each of the systemsmanagement:Uyuni:Master repositories. As I configured trigger="manual", when I want to release Uyuni, I call a script that calls the API with the release command: https://github.com/uyuni-project/uyuni/blob/master/rel-eng/release-uyuni#L15... In your case I guess you would do it with 'osc release systemsmanagement:Uyuni:Master' On martes, 20 de noviembre de 2018 9:45:07 (CET) Stefan Seyfried wrote:

Hmm it refers to an unpublished chapter:/ Have a look at [1]. Marcus [1] https://github.com/openSUSE/osc/pull/460#issuecomment-435155649 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org
