[opensuse-buildservice] Relax NG schemas
In the API specs there have been added a couple of Relax NG schemas. Don't we
have w3c xml schemas for them, so that all schemas use the same language?

The difference between ours and the ones in zypp svn are that we support single <pattern> files without a <patterns> group. zypp does support it as well atm, but the NG file in zypp svn does not accept this yet.
