[opensuse-buildservice] build.opensuse.org's Debian:Next project URL is wrong
The URLs in the Debian:Next meta are no longer valid. DoD therefore practically does not work since quite a while. Just for the record, the URL was correct, it got broken now. (On debian pool servers the url must get interpreted and does not work directly by design). The real cause were changed gpg keys, a new behaviour of gpg itself, a broken german debian mirror and not anymore matching project config on top of it.
