Some days ago I've managed to get a new package into openSUSE:Factory but still can't find it there, e.g:

osc search -B openSUSE:Factory gengetopt

I've also tried some other new packages which should be there since some weeks but still can't find them.

osc search searches for published binaries. As openSUSE:Factory's repos are not published, but create a FTP tree as product, you won't see it as published. Sometimes mls runs a script to create fake publishes for factory. So you can find older versions.
