[opensuse-buildservice] MonoOSC?
ANy plans to get this working again? I'm at a loss as to how to get it going though I had branched the project etc. Frankly, I'm figuring out the build service, and think monoosc would go a long way to fostering a quicker understanding. -- Roger Luedecke openSUSE Ambassador Ind. The situation is unfortunately that the author is not really working on MonoOSC anymore actively. But what is not working anymore ? I have just packaged it, but am not using it anymore for quite some long time now. I have the feeling that it might be the API's that are no longer compatible. But please create either a bug report or send me a private email what is wrong. All the packages of MonoOSC should be in openSUSE:<version>:Contrib. I don't have anything else anywhere else :-) But which dependency couldn't be provided ? Hi Roger,
That repository no longer exists. It was some... syntax higlighting something or other.
It seems the repo was not created for 12.1, so for 12.1 you could find the Contrib repo at the following location: openSUSE:Factory:Contrib/openSUSE_12.1. The SyntaxHighlighting package is in that same repo, so maybe zypper doesn't automatically select it, but it should be possible to select it by hand. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org

Roger, Look at: http://software.opensuse.org/search?q=monoosc&baseproject=openSUSE%3A12.1&lang=en&exclude_debug=true I don't know why it is there, but it is. I installed monoosc for OS 12.1 from there yesterday. But, it doesn't seem to work for me. If you get it working I'd be curious. I got a version that launches. It crashed on me. I'll dig up the info tomorrow. -- Plumbing is one of the easier of do-it-yourself activities, requiring only a few simple tools and a willingness to stick your arm into a clogged toilet. In fact, you can solve many home plumbing problems, such as annoying faucet drip, merely by turning up the radio. But before we get into specific techniques, let's look at how plumbing works. A plumbing system is very much like your electrical system, except that instead of electricity, it has water, and instead of wires, it has pipes, and instead of radios and waffle irons, it has faucets and toilets. So the truth is that your plumbing systems is nothing at all like your electrical system, which is good, because electricity can kill you. -- Dave Barry, "The Taming of the Screw" -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org
