[opensuse-buildservice] not able to delete backup file in BS

      I need to delte backup files ending with '~'

osc tool faild with 
Error: can't 
get 'https://api.opensuse.org/source/X11:xfce/xfce-mcs-plugins/xfce-mcs-plugins.s...'
HTTP Error 403: Forbidden

and web interface end with

Errorcode: 500
Message: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?> <!DOCTYPE html 
PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 
Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

It is known bug, or i should report it?
