What revision? "8624" is the submit request id. The revision stored in the submit request is "91c126c242b30a749d222fbfb41c2d7d", but it isn't displayed. (I don't know why osc uses the "md5sum" revision style.) Good question - I'll have a look at it and change it to the "normal" revision style if it doesn't break anything.

This is because the home:msmeissn:Factory/wine package is a source link. When writing the commit log the backend doesn't expand the link and therefore no spec/dsc/whatever file is present which might contain the version.
