I've noticed that packages, having
"BuildArch: noarch" in spec files, are
still built for all the architectures. Is that expected behaviour, or am I
doing something wrong?
It's expected. Just disable all but one architecture. The resulting package
will be noarch nonetheless.
Good recommendation, but be aware that this package will not be available
as build dependency on that architecture after that.
So, do not do this if you need it during build time.
