Profile picture is not shown properly with OBS 2.3.6.

Our OBS server is behind firewall and we have to use http proxy for web connection. It seems it has problem with getting profile picture from Gravatar. And I guess it doesn't use http proxy to connect to Gravatar.

I have not tested it, but theoretically the attached patch is fixing this.

Patch is against git master though.

Would be great if you could test it.
