[opensuse-buildservice] compiler on RHEL and dependencies

Hi, it seems on RHEL, no C++-compiler is available, as opposed to other platforms (as CentOS) and other build environments (srpms don't have this dependency explicitly). The needed package is gcc-c++ Is this intentional or a bug?
