[opensuse-buildservice] Qactus 2.0.0 is out!
Hello everyone, Qactus 2.0.0 has been released! This version comes with a much improved OBS browser and revamped UI; there are more actions available for projects/packages such as submit, copy, link and properties. Please take into account that the MetaConfigEditor (edit package/ project) is in beta, so use it with care. http://www.javierllorente.com/2020/04/20/qactus-v2-0-0-is-out/ Greetings, -- Javier Llorente

Hey, cool :) An indicator of running api requests would be nice (mouse becomes watch?), because some api calls can take some time -- Adrian Schroeter email: adrian@suse.de SUSE Linux GmbH, GF: Felix Imendörffer, Jane Smithard, Graham Norton, HRB 21284 (AG Nürnberg) Maxfeldstraße 5 90409 Nürnberg Germany -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org

I have to improve that. The current indicator is not very reliable. Thanks for the suggestion! -- Javier Llorente

I noticed meanwhile that you have one on bottom right actually... it was just not a point where I looked at after clicking on some other element far away :) -- Adrian Schroeter email: adrian@suse.de SUSE Linux GmbH, GF: Felix Imendörffer, Jane Smithard, Graham Norton, HRB 21284 (AG Nürnberg) Maxfeldstraße 5 90409 Nürnberg Germany -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org

[Off-topic] When can we expect an update to be released for Leap 15.1? :) The reason I'm asking is, I run GNOME on my desktop and the only KDE apps I use are Konsole and yakuake. When trying to install qactus from KDE:Applications, it is trying update a lot of (50+) packages. I would really appreciate it if there is an update available for qactus. I can finally stop using (my local copy of) yabsc if latest qactus is available in Leap 15.1! :) I can't use qactus 1.0.1 on Leap 15.1 because this version does not allow me to access my local OBS instance which uses self-signed certificate. Regards, Srinidhi.

Qactus 1.0.1 should be able to handle self-signed certificates. I haven't touched that part of the code in 2.0.0. I don't think a version upgrade to 2.0.0 would be accepted as a maintenance update for Leap 15.1. Unless there are some bugfixes which are difficult to port. Thanks, -- Javier Llorente
