problem is caused by an older kbd-legacy in appstream repo. OBS tries to prefer it since that repo needs to have the higher priority, but there is actually newer kbd* packages in baseos repository.

So this is causing these issues atm. Let's hope they clean up their repos before we need to apply some ugly hacks to workaround that.
