[opensuse-buildservice] jpackage-utils fails in factory
Just to inform. jpackage-utils can't be used to build packages on the openSUSE-Factory it triggers this bug: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=352300 This happens both on i586 and x86-64. Warm Regards, Claes Backstrom --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org

This is fixed in the package jpackage-utils 1.7.3-4 (according to the commit mailinglist) could this please be synced to the buildservice if there is no other known problem with factory now and if this don't break your schedule? tomorrow .... And next week we will use the packages build by OBS itself, so such issues will get fixed immediatly, after sources has been checked into openSUSE:Factory :) -- Adrian Schroeter SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) email: adrian@suse.de --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org

How is one supposed to notice if a package fails in the OBS Factory if the buildservice doesn't send emails about it? cu Ludwig -- (o_ Ludwig Nussel //\ V_/_ http://www.suse.de/ SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nuernberg) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org

first of all, we only will build the packages, but not yet release them for now. So you should handle it like with the OBS projects, simply watch the monitor page, because we have no notification system yet. BUT Klaas is already working on a next generation notification system :) bye adrian -- Adrian Schroeter SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) email: adrian@suse.de --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org
