I changed nothing in the specfile, so I tried to build it for Leap and it simply worked.

So, why do I get this error for 12.3 but not for Leap? And how can I fix this?

These checks are not from OBS, but from the distributions. Differences are normal since they are getting developed together with the distributions. Do you really still want to build for antic 12.3? You can find the checks in post-build-checks package.

I also get messages "Failed to read auxiliary vector, /proc not mounted?", I also have no idea about that.
