This is most likely due to some changes in the recently released version 9.5 for those distributions.

Error on the OBS web GUI:

I could not figure out how to request adding a "Prefer" to those projects' prjconf, and https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Build_Service_Tips_and_Tricks#Expansion_err... says to request that on this mailing list.

Could you please add "Prefer: selinux-policy-targeted" to the following projects?
