[opensuse-buildservice] Mandriva 2009 - postgres-devel - openSUSE Build Service

      Hello,
I have a problem with building packages for Mandriva 2009. When the postgresql-devel is Required for building, I get the following message: "nothing provides postgresql8.3-devel = 8.3.4-4mdv2009.0 needed by postgresql-devel"
I have checked a Mandrive spec for apache-mod_auth_pgsql, and they use the package postgresql-devel there. Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?
