Many packages are in Broken state within local OBS after todays API outage

What's the best way to recover from this? In theory, "obs_admin --recheck-dod https://api.opensuse.org" should do the trick but unfortunately, it does not. Cheers Pete -- Life without chameleons is possible, but pointless.
