Re: [opensuse-buildservice] Understanding why a build is triggered...

09/06/10 9:10 PM >>> When trying to understand why a rebuild was triggered for "2010-09-06 20:18:51 3874b178da40fc15993c488af00d1915 49 4.3.0-50.2" I have this: $ osc tr multimedia:apps mkvtoolnix openSUSE_11.3 x86_64 https://api.opensuse.org multimedia:apps mkvtoolnix openSUSE_11.3 x86_64 meta change changed keys: md5sum gstreamer-0_10-plugins-base md5sum libgstapp-0_10-0. md5sum libgstinterfaces-0_10-0 md5sum liborc-0_4-0
But mkvtoolnix doesn't depends on orc or gstreamer. Bug or I fail to understand something?
Whenever i have a question of how a dep comes in, I simply let osc build the chroot, chroot to it and try to remove the package in question using rpm -e. This always tells me what is bugging me or wht something is a dependency. In your case, the packages in question are: libgstinterfaces-0.10.so.0()(64bit) is needed by (installed) wxGTK-2.8.10.1-13.13.x86_64 libgstinterfaces-0.10.so.0()(64bit) is needed by (installed) wxGTK-compat-2.8.10.1-13.13.x86_64 Hth, Dominique -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org
