[opensuse-buildservice] waiting times for packages to build on Open SUSE Build service
Hello I checked some packages on the Open SUSE Build service and they are still on the 'blocked' list after 36 hours or so, Is that normal waiting times , and can that be sped up in any way, so a 24 hour turnaround may be possible. Cheers Glenn. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org

Depends against what you build. This is currently normal, when you build against openSUSE:Factory, since this has atm low prio settings (since we focus on finalizing 11.2). Anything else should have been build meanwhile, we had free build power this morning and it even started to build openSUSE:Factory. bye adrian -- Adrian Schroeter SUSE Linux Products GmbH email: adrian@suse.de -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org

What else can I build it against that would be faster turn around time, e.g 11,1 maybe ? Thanks Glenn -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org

For Factory check: http://lizards.opensuse.org/2009/09/02/building-against-opensusefactory/ In general: A released distro is a better target - so going for 11.1 is fine as well, Andreas -- Andreas Jaeger, Program Manager openSUSE, aj@{novell.com,opensuse.org} Twitter: jaegerandi | Identica: jaegerandi SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126
