[opensuse-buildservice] Unable to build CentOS appliance(nothing provides kiwi-image:iso)
There's a closed issue that i wrote earlier on a github: https://github.com/openSUSE/open-build-service/issues/5360. Can someone tell it is me doing something wrong or it's a bug in OBS? The description of a problem linked above. Thank you. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org

kiwi-image:iso is provided by kiwi-image-iso-requires which is a subpackage of kiwi-boot-descriptions. Yes. kiwi-image-iso-requires reside in http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Virtualization:/Appliances:/Builde... repo. Afterwards the problem above is solved but next problem is unresolvable dependencies needed by "kiwi-image-iso-requires". Then i add standard OpenSUSE repo to the project to solve them. Afterall issues getting worse and ended up in conflicting and obsoleted packages between opensuse and centos repos. I'm doing somthing wrong? 17.07.2018, 09:54, "Andreas Schwab" <schwab@suse.de>:

Adding a SUSE repo for a centos image might not be a good idea I would start with branching "kiwi-boot-descriptions" into your repo and let it build for centos. Starting from there add what's missing cheers Frank -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org
Please file a bug report and assign it to the maintainer of the Virtualization:Appliances:Builder project.
