[opensuse-buildservice] Request for new project: X11:windowmanagers
Hello- I would like to have a new project called X11:windowmanagers created. The project would initially be home to pek, wmii and related utilities. Off the top of my head these projects should move in too: fluxbox and dwm. Thanks, Brandon --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org
Hi,
If the project starts i would like to have work in this, i've a good
knowledge about e16 and e17.
Regards
Vincenzo

I build icewm in my home:michal-m, which would fit there too. Michal --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org

If you add WindowMaker, I would like to participate. The package from Factory can be probably used for the beginning. It builds OK for 10.1 - 10.3 as you can see in my home project home:nadvornik:my_packages. -- Vladimir --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org

Hmm what about existing projects like "X11:Enlightenment" and "X11:xfce"? Should they still exist in their own projects or should they be moved into the new project (but this would really blow up the number of packages...)? If icewm is desired in X11:windowmanagers, then my username is michal-m. Ok. You're the first maintainer now, so you can add the others. :-) Stefan Public Key available ------------------------------------------------------ Stefan Dirsch (Res. & Dev.) Enlightenment and Xfce are not WindowManagers but Desktop Environments (WM+other tools). Ok, I added these people: nadvornik, darix, marostegui, prusnak and philipsb as project maintainers and added 10.[123] and SLE10 as build targets. If you want to build against something else, just add it.
