I was in the beta program , it wasn't present under Actions. I then left the beta program and it still didn't appear. Will open a bug.

I wasn't in the beta program. I quickly switched to it, but the "link diff" wasn't there either. Switching back didn't change anything.

I'll amend Callum's report if something was different for me.
