Using seamonkey 1.1.19 to access the web interface for SUSE OBS. When in a project it displays the footer with the links and the sponsor to the right of the main content instead of below it. Firefox 3.5.11 shows the footer correctly below the contents.

I don't think so. The browsers may behave different in some situations, and some are more tolerant than others, but I have not yet seen seamonkey do this for any other website.
