In general you can run all kind of tests during the build, but this is more or less just a project configuration issue. So you may want to package his tool (maybe as rpmlint test package) and it could be used for example in openSUSE:Factory. -- Adrian Schroeter SUSE Linux Products GmbH email: adrian@suse.de -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org

I haven't done it before... everytime I try to do stuff in OBS it becomes abundantly clear I have no idea what I'm doing and the documentation is so spotty that is of scarcely any assistance.
If you'd be willing to help me on this task, it would be appreciated. -- Roger Luedecke openSUSE Ambassador Ind. Roger, I've done 10 or 20 packages on OBS. Create a package in your home project (or a sub-project of that) and I'll try to help you. You'll need to add me as a maintainer of the package for me to check stuff in, or I can just give you advice as to what to do. It seems to basically find pieces of code in other larger pieces of code, like embedded codes of libtiff or libjpeg in other projects. Not sure how the database can be seperated, but it would probably need to run over the whole checked out source of the distribution.
