One thing that I often think is that we should detach the "how to deal with it" examples just a little bit from the main message, so that there is a visual separation of the part which is new to you, and the ever repeating instructions. Right now the distinction is a little blurred. A few empty lines should fix that.

BTW - there is a quite human useable admin interface for the hermes messages. I am happy to give interested people admin rights to work on the templates. Let me know if you know somebody ;-)

You actually could post the link, because then one could glance over it and see if it's hard or easy to do something with them, how about that?
