Hi, currently, no builds can be made with those distributions: nothing provides glibc(x86-64) = 2.28-189.1.el8 needed by glibc-gconv-extra, (got version 2.28-189.5.el8_6 provided by glibc), nothing provides glibc-common = 2.28-189.1.el8 needed by glibc-gconv-extra, (got version 2.28-189.5.el8_6) for Rocky/Alma, and something similar with different version numbers for C8s.
