I'm needing to know how to request a new OBS project outside of my home namespace.  The instructions on the OBS page say to create a request via bugzilla, but that link just takes me to a Novell website.  I'm assuming that is not the correct place to make an internal Dell request.  Please let me know the proper process for a new team project.  Thanks.
