[opensuse-buildservice] selective removal of build results
Hi, in the server:mail/exim repository we see some very old build results lurking. Exim is at version 4.77 while we see several build results of 4.69 and 4.71 as soon as you search starting at http://software.openSUSE.org/121/en for example. I guess this is the result of others linking to the server:mail/exim project. Is it possible to purge these 4.69 and 4.71 builds? Or is it required to remove all builds including the current exim 4.77 and then 4.77 gets build again? Cheers, Lars -- Lars Müller [ˈlaː(r)z ˈmʏlɐ] Samba Team SUSE Linux, Maxfeldstraße 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany

I fear that's the only way, at least I saw no other option to osc wipebinaries, Andreas -- Andreas Jaeger aj@{suse.com,opensuse.org} Twitter/Identica: jaegerandi SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Jeff Hawn,Jennifer Guild,Felix Imendörffer,HRB16746 (AG Nürnberg) GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org

Unfortunately it doesn't work. I gave it a try and as the result 4.77 got rebuilt while 4.69-70.18.2, 4.69-72.9.2, and 4.71-4.10.2 stayed untouched as built in October 2011. I checked this for several build targets. Lars -- Lars Müller [ˈlaː(r)z ˈmʏlɐ] Samba Team SUSE Linux, Maxfeldstraße 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany

They seems to be there on purpose, these source packages exists in that project: exim exim.openSUSE_11.1 exim.openSUSE_11.2 exim.openSUSE_11.3 Remove the exim.* packages if you do not want them. -- Adrian Schroeter SUSE Linux Products GmbH email: adrian@suse.de -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org

How did you got this list? Calling 'osc se exim' reports something different. An 'osc bse exim' call reports a lot. But even this looks different to your output. Lars -- Lars Müller [ˈlaː(r)z ˈmʏlɐ] Samba Team SUSE Linux, Maxfeldstraße 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany

Calling 'osc se exim' reports something different.
Use "osc se -s exim", it is slower, but does a substring search.

Thanks, that leads me to the same result. So I called osc rdelete -r servermail exim openSUSE_11.1 osc rdelete -r servermail exim openSUSE_11.2 osc rdelete -r servermail exim openSUSE_11.3 and all of them lead to: Server returned an error: HTTP Error 404: Not Found Sorry Adrian, the dumb monday morning questions don't stop here. :/ Lars -- Lars Müller [ˈlaː(r)z ˈmʏlɐ] Samba Team SUSE Linux, Maxfeldstraße 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany

With the commands I tried I had no space between exim and openSUSE. But the colon between server and mail was missing. Monday morning ... Thanks a lot Marcus! The old package exim sources for openSUSE 11.1 up to 11.3 hopefully will vanish from the search results soon.
