I branched a package and made a bug fix.

I requested a merge back. Told system to keep my branch project.

Added comment field to request.

My request was accepted.

Then realized minor bug in my fix.

Too late to withdraw request since already accepted.

So I corrected the problem in branch project and made 2nd request!

But the system did not give me an opertunity to add a comment to 2nd request!

It sorely needed a comment.
