I think you need to fix that in your package's spec, and select which one you want to use as BuildRequires or Requires...

Where are the gurus and when would it be fixed. I have linked package, and don't want change all packages and make an request. Not only i am concerned from this problem. Thank you. libxml seems fixed.

But libcap-ng0 has the same problem.

Fixed as well. Because of a bug some ::import:: rpm's slipped into maintenance updates and then broke the ":full" trees used for building. I can't fix the already released updates, but I added code so that the rpm's should no longer disturb the full tree.
