This morning we only saw triggers from "Python-urllib/2.7" coming from an IP in Bulgaria (where I doubt github has data centers)

So I would think you need to ask github

python-urllib is the user agent. My point was, github didn't try to reach us.

Yes, it's all active etc. but I just found the problem after I read your mail Adrian. hm, given that we do still receive update events from github, I suspect more your configuration.

You said, you clicked on "active", can you double check? Can you check that the token is the right one? And did you configured the token for some specific package or is it a generic one?
