[opensuse-buildservice] Is there a reason my factory package suddenly fails to build?

I haven't touched sleuthkit in factory for a month or more, but suddenly it doesn't compile due to a C++ code issue: https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log/openSUSE:Factory/sleuthkit... Is there something in flux in factory and I should just ignore this? fyi: it is also failing in the devel project, but only for factory: <https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/security/sleuthkit> (Is someone trying to prove a point related to the need for staging projects?)
