[opensuse-buildservice] Cycles resolution

Hi, is there any additional information about how OBS (scheduler?) solves build cycles? Webui has build cycles list, but it doesn’t show how really it planned to build. How this cycle will be solved when package fails on first, second build? How i can control build cycle, for example stop builds if any package fails on first build step (because it will be hidden by blocked state and continue builds)?
