[opensuse-buildservice] Initiative - OBS-In-Number

Hello All, Recently we have started to track worker usage of https://build.opensuse.org by various projects. The goal is to get better understanding into usage of all services of https://build.opensuse.org. One of the goals is bring more efficiency into the build process. Attached is a screen shot of first iteration of the dashboard built out of this data. The dashboard is hosted at https://obs-grafana.opensuse.org One of immediate results - packages which have been failing to build successfully for specific architecture will soon receive a request to include `ExcludeArch` in its spec file.
