I've created some packages with the build tools and now I would like to set up a local repository.
What is the tool I should use to create a repository, createrepo or create_directory.yast?
Use createrepo, it's much, much easier to use. createrepo creates RPM-MD (aka "YUM") repositories.
Basically, it's just cd /the/directory/with/rpms createrepo .
It will harvest for .rpm files (including subdirectories) and create a "metadata" directory in the current working directory.

Ok, I'll use createrepo. As you say it's very easy, I've been testing with some packages and I haven't had any problem :) And of course, I think I should trust on the word of the Guru's RPM Site creator ;) Thanks! -- Samuel Partida Amores ----------------------------------- samuel.partida@gmail.com --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org
