"osc up" on the CLI also stalls indefinitely.
status.opensuse.org states that there was an problem with OBS since 12th of October, which I apparently did not experience, as it worked for me until Saturday (14th).
For me the web ui is slow since a few weeks but typically I don't see timeouts. I figured out the the webinterface is nicely fast when I switch off IPv6 in the browser though. (Although that is no option. So my assumption is that build.opensuse.org has IPv6 connectivity issues at least between DTAG). For osc up I experience exactly the same. It either just does nothing (I had it running for an hour already with no progress) or is EXTREMELY slow. My guess is that it may be connected to IPv6 as well but I didn't care yet to disable it on the whole system to verify it. Wolfgang
